Casino offers: audience, events and launch preparation

A casino partner offer starts with verifiable conditions: who may see it, which action is paid and how both parties will substantiate the result. This guide helps advertisers prepare their own proposal. It is not consumer gambling advertising or confirmation that a particular operator may serve a particular country.

The output is an eligibility file, event dictionary, materials specification and technical verification plan. Prepare them before buying traffic. Selecting casino in a form does not replace checks on licensing, geography and advertising channels.

1. Document the operator and eligibility boundaries

Collect the operator's legal name, brand, domain, authorisations and review owner. For every proposed country, separately record the product, eligible age, advertising methods and supporting evidence. Consult the relevant regulator's current official register, rather than relying on a licence logo in a website footer. Mark unfinished checks as unverified and exclude those countries from launch.

One licence does not provide universal permission. Platforms can impose additional restrictions: Google Ads applies country and certification requirements and prohibits targeting minors. Check the actual scenario against current primary sources before placement; a general guide cannot replace that assessment.

AffiliateCore also has technical eligibility and publication controls. Administrator settings do not remove external requirements. Do not bypass a rejection by changing category labels, country, domain or the advertised purpose. This stage produces verified combinations of operator, product, country and source—not a wish list of markets.

2. Define an eligible adult audience

Describe an observable need, language and context in which adults voluntarily seek information about a legally available product. Interest in industry coverage or sports news is different from an intention to gamble. Broad thematic interest does not establish readiness to deposit.

Exclude minors, ineligible territories and appeals exploiting financial distress, addiction or vulnerability. Do not define segments as people who “need money”, “want to win losses back” or are “easy to persuade”. A source that cannot meet mandatory restrictions is unsuitable regardless of price.

The segment worksheet should answer four questions: what information people seek; what substantiated promise you can make; what conditions exclude exposure; and where the next step leads. Avoid collecting sensitive data merely to enrich a profile. Start with public channel context and permissible aggregate information.

3. Separate registration, FTD and repeat deposits

Create an event dictionary before choosing a rate. Registration creates an account. FTD is the first qualifying deposit under previously agreed rules. A repeat deposit is a separate event from an existing customer. Define completed-payment requirements, exclusions and cancellations. Spell out STD rather than assuming both parties understand the abbreviation identically.

Each event needs an identifier, timestamp, currency, status and connection to the original visit. Customer identifiers should be stable without exposing unnecessary personal data to partners. A payment identifier distinguishes a new transaction from repeated delivery of one notification. Specify late-event, correction and final-confirmation deadlines.

An affiliate-link visit establishes a visit within the tracking system's limits, not a payment. Browser code can provide additional observations but cannot replace server records of a completed transaction. A postback reports what its sender supplies; it does not independently prove that the advertiser has reported everything honestly.

4. Agree on the calculation model before publication

For CPA, define one payable event and its eligibility conditions. For RevShare, document the percentage base: included revenue and deductions, adjustments, accounting period and any negative carryover. Deposits are not operator revenue or NGR. For Hybrid, describe both components and how they combine.

Educational calculation, not a live offer: an agreed base of 1,000 units after specified deductions, multiplied by a 20% partner share, produces 200. Incorrectly applying that percentage to 5,000 of deposits produces 1,000—a different amount. Selecting RevShare and sending an arbitrary deposit event is insufficient. Definitions and the actual integration must be verified.

Keep publisher remuneration separate from platform commission. Confirm total cost and debit treatment against current account terms. This guide supplies no universal AffiliateCore rate and promises no arbitrary custom calculation support. If the required model cannot be transmitted and reconciled correctly, retain a draft until resolved.

5. Prepare materials that can be checked

Provide product name, precise description, eligible countries and sources, event, confirmation rules, landing page and contact. Separate permitted wording from prohibited claims. A publisher should understand what to promote without guessing material conditions.

Creatives must not promise guaranteed winnings, a solution to financial problems or absence of risk. Avoid minors and imagery designed to appeal to them. Any bonus statement needs substantiated material conditions, not vague “details later”. Check rights to graphics, logos and copy.

The current AffiliateCore offer form supports description and image uploads. Those fields do not imply a complete repository for arbitrary supporting files or separate copy for every image. Put essential terms into supported fields and verify publisher access to additional materials from that role. Never include integration secrets or players' personal information in public assets.

Create an AffiliateCore advertiser account to prepare your own proposal and save a draft. Registration does not establish operator eligibility or guarantee partner recruitment.

6. Verify the route before buying traffic

Educational product route: eligible thematic content → clear product information and restrictions → registration → conditions checked → qualifying action → confirmation. Do not lengthen a journey artificially: remove intermediate steps that do not support informed decisions.

Check mobile rendering, language, accessible terms, error messages and preservation of the visit identifier. Distinguish technical registration from a real commercial result. Agree on test mode with the integration owner; do not create fabricated payable events or deposits to improve a report.

Minimum verification protocol: valid events are accepted; repeated identifiers do not create duplicate accruals; invalid signatures or missing mandatory data are rejected; cancellations follow the agreed process; late events follow the stated rule. These are checks required of your integration, not a claim that every configuration has already passed them.

7. Establish reconciliation and accountability

Name reporting owners at the operator and network, frequency, time zone and discrepancy-resolution deadline. Match received events to an operator export using stable identifiers. Financial reliability requires evidence reflecting actual transactions and the agreed calculation base; two copies of one postback are not independent confirmation.

Track sent, accepted, rejected and corrected events separately. Monitor unmatched-event share and delivery delay. Set alerts from volume and observed integration behaviour, not an unsupported universal threshold. One discrepancy does not establish advertiser or publisher misconduct.

Educational scenario: a test includes ten unique events; nine match and one does not yet. Unmatched share is 1 / 10 = 10%. First investigate delayed notifications and aligned time windows. Resending an identical event does not turn ten transactions into eleven. Reconciliation is unfinished until the discrepancy is explained.

8. Review readiness and publish deliberately

Educational decision map: eligibility, assets and integration verified → prepare a limited pilot; country unverified → draft; RevShare base undefined → draft; technical checks failing → repair and retest. These illustrate decisions, not customer results.

Advertisers control publication of their offers subject to current checks. Administrators can intervene and pause an offer; its account status reflects the actual state. Saving a draft is not publication. After changing conditions, recheck the card and inform existing partners through agreed channels before applying changes.

Before launch check verified territories and sources, eligible adult audience, event dictionary, rate and total cost, clear restrictions, material rights, testing, reconciliation and the person responsible for stopping. Readiness means no unresolved mandatory conditions, not filling every optional field.

Assignment: prepare this eight-step package, list missing evidence and register as an AffiliateCore advertiser to create your own draft. Existing users can sign in as advertisers. Also use the offer value packaging guide. The complete guidance is available without registration; publishing an offer guarantees neither traffic, sales nor approval of every scenario.
