Cloudflare moves Log Explorer into Logs
Find Cloudflare logs after the navigation update and check saved queries when investigating landing-page issues.
On October 7, 2026, Cloudflare announced that Log Explorer datasets are now queried under Observability → Logs. The separate Log Explorer menu has been removed. Enabled datasets and saved SQL queries continue working; dataset configuration is available through the selector and Configure. The previous Log Search page remains accessible by direct URL.
Who benefits
This update matters to publishers and advertisers across regions whose technical teams already use these logs for their websites. It changes access to a tool; it does not establish that a landing page works or that traffic is valuable.
What to check
Editorial recommendation: open the correct account, select the existing dataset and repeat one saved query with the same period and filters. Record the time zone, domain and result. If rows differ, first exclude differences in the time window and data source before escalating to the infrastructure owner.
Update team instructions and bookmarks. Do not recreate datasets merely because the old menu disappeared. When investigating a landing-page error, match logs to the specific request time; a request record does not prove a payable conversion.
The check is complete when a colleague with appropriate permissions can locate the same dataset and reproduce the query using the updated instructions. Do not grant everyone broader access for convenience. These are editorial recommendations, not a new AffiliateCore feature.
