Cloudflare Organizations: review account access

On October 7, 2026, Cloudflare announced general availability of Organizations for Enterprise customers and MSSP/Distributor partners. Organizations centralizes accounts, members, analytics and shared policies. Its Super Administrator gains access to every included account without separate invitations. Organization Roles remains in beta.

Relevance for advertising teams

This affects advertisers and agencies across regions managing several websites through eligible Cloudflare accounts. It is not a rollout to every Free account. Enterprise uses a single-tier structure; partners can use nested organizations.

Before connecting accounts

Editorial recommendation: map each account to its owner, websites and authorized staff. Identify client projects that must not share overarching administrative access without agreement. Confirm arrangements with owners and appoint a person responsible for changes.

Current Enterprise documentation says accounts cannot move between organizations, and removing an account requires contacting support. Do not treat adding a production account as a casually reversible experiment.

Agree on the final account and administrator list before changing the structure. Afterwards, compare actual permissions with that list. Success means no unintended access, not simply bringing every website together. This is an editorial operational recommendation; no automatic AffiliateCore integration is implied.
