1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AffiliateCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. All advertisers must complete KYB verification. All publishers must comply with applicable gambling regulations in their traffic's target jurisdictions.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use AffiliateCore to: target minors, use misleading advertising, promote unlicensed gambling operations, engage in click fraud, or violate any applicable law.

4. Compliance Requirements

All creative materials must comply with local advertising standards. AffiliateCore's AI compliance scanner performs automated checks, but advertiser/publisher are ultimately responsible for legal compliance.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed weekly (Thursdays) subject to minimum thresholds. AffiliateCore reserves the right to withhold payments pending fraud investigation.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, compliance failures, or fraudulent activity, with or without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

AffiliateCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AffiliateCore Ltd is incorporated.
